Is faith believing a set of Christian beliefs as true? Does the Bible feel like a stumbling block? What is the character of God? Why is Jesus so important to Christians? Come together to step back, ask questions, and share your perspectives on Faith, The Bible, God, and Jesus. Each evening will open with dinner, Pastor Sara will share key questions and ideas from Marcus Borg's The Heart of Christianity, and then we will break into small groups to discuss. Child care will be provided. The 5 sessions will meet in the Lounge on Tuesday nights from 6:00 until 7:30 pm on Tuesdays, October 1, 8, 22, 29 and November 5 (note the date, we skip a week between sessions 2 and 3). Cost is $40 for the book and dinners.  Free will donations for childcare expenses.
