When we opened up some classrooms for more multi-purpose use here at Roseville Lutheran Church, we didn't want to just toss out the dozens of dividers we no longer needed.

A Craigslist ad posted by Steve Henry, RLC facilities manager, garnered many responses, but one caught his attention.

A women's shelter in Eagan, Minn., was interested in fixing them up and using them as cubicles for the residents there. We were more than happy to donate the dividers, and feel blessed to have been able to support their organization.

In another recycling note, our Sunday bulletins are being used by kids in the special education department of the Roseville School District. The paper bulletins are shredded and used as bedding for animal rescue shelters.
